GILGAL’s second mandate is transition leadership.  In engaging with leaders, we have discovered that many of them are in the liminal place of “no longer” and “not yet.”  Sometimes, the source of this “sacred crossroad” is the loss of a job, going through divorce or the loss of a loved one.

Other times, it’s the transition from a great job to an even greater job, moving from management to owning a business or entering into a new relationship in the most unexpected phase of life.  When you can’t go back to where you are coming from and you don’t exactly know where you are going, transition leadership is what is needed.
